1 | Head fresh dill | |
1 | Clove garlic | |
1 | Jalapeno pepper (opt) | |
BRING TO BOIL | ||
2 | qt | Water |
1 | qt | Vinegar |
1 | c | Non-iodized salt |
Select fresh firm cucumbers, wash and pack in jars. These should be room temperature.
Pour hot solution over cucumbers and seal jars. Pickles will be ready in 3 ~ 4 weeks, depending on size of cucumbers.
