Title: Crab Rolls

Yield: 4 Servings
7 | oz | Can crabmeat |
4 | Slices stale bread | |
1/2 | ts | Grated onion |
1/2 | ts | Worchestershire sauce |
3 | tb | Butter |
1 | c | Cream |
Salt and pepper | ||
1/3 | c | Buttered crumbs |
Melt butter in saucepan, add cubed bread and cream. Cook 4 minutes. Add crabmeat. Chill.
Form mixture into balls, dip in buttered crumbs. Deep fry 4-5 min. OR Put mixture in individual baking shells, sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
