Title: Spicy Pineapple Salsa

Yield: 1 -1/4 cups

8	oz	Can crushed pineapple; drained
1/4	c	Fresh cilantro; chopped
2	cl	To 3 cloves garlic; minced
2		Green onions; chopped
1		Jalapeno pepper; minced
2	tb	Fresh lime juice
1/2	ts	Salt

Combine all ingredients; cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with fish or chicken. Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
