Title: Fish Pie with Lemon Thyme

3 | c | Cooked flaked fish |
2 | ts | Dried lemon thyme |
1 | tb | Parsley, finely chopped |
Salt and pepper | ||
1 1/2 | c | White sauce |
Breadcrumbs | ||
Butter |
Stir the fish, lemon thyme, parsley, salt and pepper into the white sauce. Pour into a buttered ovenproof dish, top with breadcrumbs and a few pieces of butter, and brown in a 180~C (350~F) oven for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
