3/4 | c | Finely chopped nuts |
1/3 | c | Grated carrots |
3/4 | c | Finely chopped cauliflower |
3/4 | c | Finely chopped celery |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
ds | Salt to taste | |
ds | Pepper to taste | |
TO SERVE | ||
Lettuce leaves | ||
Sliced ripe olives |
Combine nuts, carrots, celery, and cauliflower in a salad bowl. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Pack into four individual molds. Chill well.
Unmold on lettuce leaves and garnish with sliced ripe olives.
