Title: Applesauce Cupcakes/low Sugar/low Fat

1/2cMargarine
1 Egg
1/4cSugar
1 1/2cSifted flour
1tsBaking soda
1/4tsSalt
1tsCinnamon
1 1/2tsNutmeg
1cUnsweetened applesauce
1tsVanilla
1/4cChopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Cream margarine until fluffy. 3. Beat eggs and sugar; add to margarine and blend. 4. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to margarine mixture alternately with applesauce, mixing well after each addition. 5. Stir in vanilla and nuts. 6. Spoon into 12 cupcake pans sprayed with vegetable pan spray. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
