2 | c | Bisquick® baking mix |
2/3 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | Egg | |
FILLING | ||
1 | 8 oz pkg philadelphia cream cheese, softened | |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | Egg | |
1/4 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1 1/2 | c | Peeled apples; thinly sliced |
TOPPING | ||
3 | tb | Sugar |
1/4 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
Combine Bisquick, milk, sugar, oil and egg; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan. Filling: Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Spread cream cheese mixture over batter; top with apples. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350°F, 35 to 40 minutes.
