3/4 | c | Margarine |
2 | c | Graham cracker crumbs |
1 1/2 | c | Peanut butter |
2 | c | Sugar; confectioner's |
1 1/2 | c | Chocolate chips |
Mix crumbs, peanut butter and icing sugar. Add melted margarine. Press into 9x13 pan. Melt chips and pour over cake, spread evenly. Let set, cut into squares. Keep in fridge.
NOTES : After Chocolate topping has cooled slightly - run a knife through it (in the size pieces you want). Cool completely. This will make it easier to slice. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #3
