Title: Poke Aku - Shoyu Style

Yield: 12 Servings
2 | lb | Aku (skipjack tuna) |
3 | tb | Fresh ginger root; grated |
1/2 | c | Green onions; chopped |
1/2 | c | Shoyu (soy sauce) |
2 | tb | Toasted sesame seeds; ground |
Cut aku into 1/2" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving. Makes about 5 cups.
