Title: Czech "Listy" Celestial Crust

4 | Egg yolks | |
1 | Whole egg | |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
Flour * |
*Enough to make dough almost as stiff as for noodles.
Mix all ingredients well & rest dough under bowl for 1/2 hour. Roll thin as for noodles; cut in strips 1 1/2 inches wide and 5 inches long. Make two or three slits with a knife thru the center. Fry like donuts in deep fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
