Title: Country Seed Bread

9 1/2 | oz | Warm water; 280 ml |
3 | tb | Vegetable oil; 45 ml |
2 | tb | Honey; 30 ml |
1 | ts | Salt; 5 ml |
2 | c | White flour; 480 ml |
1 | c | Whole wheat flour; 240 ml |
1/4 | c | Flax seeds; 60 ml |
2 | tb | Sesame seeds; 30 ml |
1 | tb | Poppy seeds; 15 ml |
2 | ts | Active dry yeast; 10 ml |
Add ingredients to bread bin in order of list. Select white/whole wheat/light crust. Can be set from 3-4 hours according to your machine. Excellent bread. Originally published by Canadian Living Magazine and changed so as to work perfectly with a Black and Decker Breadmaker.
