1 | 10 oz. box birds eye frozen | |
Deluxe asparagus spears; thawed | ||
1/2 | c | Monterey jack or cheddar cheese, shredded |
Pre-heat oven to 400ø. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add milk and salt; blend thoroughly. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 in. greased baking pan; add asparagus. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until firm. Makes 4 servings.
