Meat tenderizer | ||
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
2 | ds | Tabasco sauce |
1 | ds | Black pepper |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/2 | ts | Onion powder |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
Sprinkle steak with tenderizer. Marinate steak for 3-4 hours at room temperature in soy sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
