Title: Glazed Pork Chops

Yield: 4 Servings
2/3 | c | Apricot preserves; or peach preserves |
1/2 | c | Italian salad dressing |
2 | tb | Dijon mustard |
4 | Pork chops; 1" thick |
For marinade, blend all ingredients except pork chops. In large shallow nonaluminum dish or plastic bag, pour 3/4 cup of the marinade over chops; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade. Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chops, turning once and brushing frequently with refrigerated marinade, until chops are done.
NOTES : If no time to marinate, the mixture can also be used as a brush on glaze while chops are grilling. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #5
