Title: Country Ham Steak W/glazed Apples

3 | tb | Butter |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar; firmly packed |
2 | tb | Dijon mustard; country style |
2 | c | Apples; tart |
1 | lb | Ham steak (1/2" thick) |
In large skillet, melt butter until sizzling; stir in brown sugar and mustard. Core and slice apples (about 2 apples) and add to skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes). Place ham steak in same skillet, arranging apples on ham steak. Cover and continue cooking until ham steak is heated through (5 to 7 minutes).
