4 Anchovy fillets
1/4cTarragon vinegar
4tbTarragon leaves
2tbDijon mustard
3tbSmall gherkin pickles
2tbCapers
1/4cParsley leaves
3tbChopped chives
  Salt and pepper; to taste

Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until creamy and well processed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
