1/4 | c | Tarragon vinegar |
4 | tb | Tarragon leaves |
2 | tb | Dijon mustard |
3 | tb | Small gherkin pickles |
2 | tb | Capers |
1/4 | c | Parsley leaves |
3 | tb | Chopped chives |
Salt and pepper; to taste |
Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until creamy and well processed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
