3 | lb | Pork shoulder |
1 | Jalapeno chile; minced | |
1/4 | c | Tomato paste |
Black pepper; to taste | ||
1 | Recipe cornbread; see recipe |
Combine all ingredients except cornbread and bake covered in slow oven until meat is falling apart. When cool enough to handle, pull into fine shreds. Serve w. cornbread (see recipe).
