Title: Pork Pulled Barbecue W. Corn Bread

3lbPork shoulder
1 Jalapeno chile; minced
1/4cTomato paste
  Black pepper; to taste
1 Recipe cornbread; see recipe

Combine all ingredients except cornbread and bake covered in slow oven until meat is falling apart. When cool enough to handle, pull into fine shreds. Serve w. cornbread (see recipe).
