4 | md | Mushrooms |
2 | Cherry tomatoes; halved | |
2 | Lemon slices | |
1/2 | md | Green bell pepper; sliced |
1/4 | c | Diet mountain dew |

Place fish in center of a 20x14" piece of heavy duty foil. Place mushrooms, tomatoes, lemon and green bell pepper around fish. Fold edges of foil up; pour soda over fish. Fold foil to seal tightly. Bake at 375 F. for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Open foil carefully to allow steam to secape. Sprinkle with pepper. Makes 1 serving. 1 serving equals 4 very lean meat, 1 1/2 vegetable 205 calories, 95 mg. sodium, 49 mg. cholesterol, 4 grams fat. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn. com
