Title: Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

Yield: 2 Servings
2 1/2 | lb | Chicken wings; trimmed |
5 | tb | Durkee red hot sauce |
1 | tb | Vinegar |
1 | Oil for deep frying | |
1/4 | c | Butter |
Slowly melt butter in large saucepan. Add hot sauce (3 T for mile, 4T for medium more for hot and much much more for suicide. Add vinegar, and remove from heat. Heat oil in a large heavy frying pan to about 370. Deep-fry wings, a few at a time until nicely browned and crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain. Immediately reheat sauce and add wings to saucepan. Toss to coat evenly and if you like crisp wings run them under the broiler foe 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a platter.
