Title: Feta Cheese & Chopped Tomato Dip

1/2 | lb | Feta cheese; crumbled |
1/4 | c | Red onion; finely chopped |
1/4 | c | Parsley; finely chopped |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
1/2 | ts | Thyme |
1/2 | ts | Pepper; finely ground |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
2 | md | Tomatoes; seeded and chopped |
Pita chips or crackers |
Combine all ingredients except chips or crackers. Refrigerate several hours. Serve on toasted Pita chips or crackers. Makes about 4 cups.
Toasted Pita Chips: Split & toast 6 Pita breads. Break into chips.
