Title: Tortellini Tomato Alfredo

1 | 26-oz jar tomato pasta sauce, any flavor | |
1 | 17-oz jar alfredo pasta sauce | |
1 | lb | Sausage; uncased |
1 | 4 oz can mushrooms; optional | |
2 | lb | Cheese tortellini; frozen |
Parmesan cheese; shaved |
In medium saucepan, combine pasta sauces together to make a pink sauce. Add sausage & mushrooms.
Heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated & sausage is cooked. Add some grated Parmesan, if desired.
Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain.
Spoon heated sauce over pasta. Garnish with shaved Parmesan.
