Title: Many Cheese Artichoke Dip

Yield: 1 Servings
8 | oz | Cream cheese; softened |
4 | oz | Brie and/or blue cheese; softened |
1 | c | Romano cheese |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
14 | oz | Artichoke hearts; drained and chopped |
8 | oz | Waterchestnuts; drained and chopped |
3 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
1 | Lemon; juice | |
1 | c | Rye bread crumbs |
Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 11X7 baking dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot. This may be reheated in a microwave.
Serving Ideas : Serve with bread, crackers and vegetables for dipping.
