1	c	Water
1	ts	Salt
1 1/2	ts	Canola oil
1/3	c	Rye flour
2 2/3	c	Bread flour
3 1/2	ts	Za'atar
2	ts	Ground coriander
2	ts	Sugar
1	ts	Yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine in order given. Bake on regular cycle with light crust.
