Title: Peach Cobbler 2

1cUnbleached flour
1/4cOrange juice
1tsBaking powder
1/2cMaple syrup
1 Egg
3cFresh peaches; sliced
1 Or basket of raspberries
2tbButter
2tbCream

Sift together flour and baking powder. Make a well in the center and put in egg and butter; blend well. Add cream and orange juice, mixing thoroughly. Blend in maple syrup. Pour batter into lightly oiled 5 x 9- inch loaf pan. Sprinkle fruit on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
