Title: Molasses Whoopie Pie

2 | Eggs | |
2 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | c | Molasses |
1 | c | Margarine |
1 1/2 | c | Sweet milk |
4 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | ts | Ginger |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Cloves |
5 | c | Flour |
Filling: | ||
2 | Egg whites | |
2 | ts | Vanilla |
4 | tb | Flour |
2 | tb | Milk |
1 1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
1 | lb | 10 x sugar |
Cream shortening,sugar and eggs. Add molasses, milk and dry ingredents. Drop by spoonfuls on baking pan. Bake 350 8-10 minutes. FILLING: Beat egg whites till stiff. Add vanilla, flour and milk. Beat well and add shortening and sugar. When cookie cools spread filling on two and put together.
