Title: Broiled Shrimp Supreme

Yield: 4 Servings
2 | c | Vegetable oil |
1/4 | c | Catsup |
1 | sm | Clove garlic; minced |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Paprika |
2 | lb | Shrimp; peeled and deveined |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add shrimp, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Remove shrimp from marinade; place shrimp in a 15- x 10- x 1-inch baking pan. Pour enough marinade over shrimp to coat but not cover (about 1 cup). Broil 3 minutes; turn shrimp over, and broil 3 minutes or until done. Serve hot. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
