Title: Cranberry Cake Ring

1 | pk | (3 oz.) cream cheese; softened |
1 | Box (18 1/4 oz.) lemon cake mix | |
3/4 | c | Milk |
4 | Eggs | |
1 1/4 | c | Ground cranberries |
1/2 | c | Nuts; broken |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Ground mace |
In large mixing bowl, place cream cheese, cake mix and milk; beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs; beat 2 minutes longer. Combine remaining ingredients; fold into batter. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Yield 16-20 servings.
