8 | Sun-dried tomatoes; oil-packed | |
1/4 | c | Red wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | tb | Salt |
2 | tb | Honey |
3/4 | c | Extra virgin olive oil |
To make this dressing, use a food processor or food blender. Add all indgredients except olive oil to work bowl. Blend at medium speed for one minute. With motor running, add oilive oil slowly until all is blended. Dressing should be thick or creamy. Note: At this point, adjust the dressing to your taste.
