Title: Frosted Banana Bars

1/2 | c | Margarine |
2 | c | Sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | md | Ripe bananas; mashed |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
2 | c | All purpose flour |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | pn | Salt |
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Pour into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bars test done.
Frosting ingredients: 1/2 c. margarine, softened 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened 4 cups powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla.
Cream butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat well. Spread over bars.
