Title: Garlic Broiled Chicken

Yield: 4 Servings
4 | Garlic clove; minced | |
6 | tb | Butter; softened |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Black pepper |
1 | Broiler chicken; split in half |
Blend first four ingredients. (I do it in my food processor). Spread butter on chicken halves. Broil four to six inches from heat for 13 to 16 minutes per side, basting frequently.
