Title: Beta Carotene Queen Smoothie

Yield: 4 Servings
2 | Apricot; pitted and sliced | |
1/2 | c | Mango; peeled and sliced |
1 | c | Papaya; peeled and chopped |
1/2 | c | Cantaloupe; peeled and chopped |
1 | c | Fresh orange juice |
1 1/2 | c | Carrot juice |
Put all ingredients in a blender and puree on medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
