Title: Neighbor Nectar Smoothie

Yield: 3 Servings

6tbNonfat plain yogurt
6 Whole nectarines; peeled and sliced
1 1/2tbHoney; or to taste
1/3cWheat germ
1cSeedless grapes

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium for 45 seconds. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
