Title: Neighbor Nectar Smoothie

Yield: 3 Servings
6 | tb | Nonfat plain yogurt |
6 | Whole nectarines; peeled and sliced | |
1 1/2 | tb | Honey; or to taste |
1/3 | c | Wheat germ |
1 | c | Seedless grapes |
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium for 45 seconds. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
