Title: Ginger Shake

6 | Pieces stem ginger; in syrup | |
3 | Scoops nonfat ice cream | |
1/2 | c | Skim milk; or to taste |
Sugar; to taste | ||
sm | Scoops ice cream; for garnish | |
Chopped ginger; for garnish |
Place he ginger, ice cream,milk and 6 tablespoons ginger syrup in a blender and puree to a froth. Taste and add extra milk and sugar if desired. Serve, decorated with another small scoop of ice cream or extra ginger.
