Title: Marinated Cucumber Strips

1 | lb | Cucumbers |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Sesame oil |
Wash cukes well; do not peel.
Cut cukes into 2-in. sections;then cut each section lengthwise in half, and then each of these pieces in half again.
Remove the stem end and the seeds. Place in dish and marinate in salt for 1 hr.
Pour off water from strips , add the sesame oil and mix well. Stack in an attractive design with the green side up.
