12 | sm | Plum tomatoes |
3 | Cucumbers | |
2 | sm | Onions |
1 | Green pepper | |
1/2 | lb | Feta cheese (or to taste) |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
Olives |
Clean and cut tomatoes into bite-sized pcs. Cut cukes. Mince onions and peppers. Cut up feta cheese. Place all these in bowl, add olives. Season. Toss well. Serve with oil & vinegar dressing.
