Title: Light Crab Spread

1/2 | Onion; finely chopped | |
1 | Clove garlic; pressed | |
1 | oz | Cream cheese; softened (1 to 8) |
1 | tb | Milk |
1 | md | Tomato; seeded |
1/2 | sm | Green or red pepper |
3/4 | c | Fresh parsley |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
4 | oz | Crab or imitation crabmeat |
Finely chop onion in food chopper. Press garlic. Mix with cheese and milk. Spread into Mini-baker. Chop and mix remaining ingredients. Spoon on top of cheese mix. Top with crab and sprinkle with parsley. Chill and serve with Valtrompia Bread slices or fresh veggies.
