Title: Easy Seafood Salad--Del Monte

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2cMayonnaise
1/4cSliced green onions
3tbSeafood cocktail sauce
1tsWorcestershire sauce
12ozShrimp; crab meat or
  ; immitation crab
  ; meat
1cn(10 1/2 oz.) asparagus cuts and tips, drained and

opped chopped

Combine first four ingredients. Fold in shrimp and asparagus; chill.

Serve with crackers as an appetizer, or with lettuce and tomato for a festive salad.
