1 | pk | (6.6 oz.) sun-dried tomato cous cous |
2 | cn | (5 oz.) chunk breast of chicken or ham, drained and |
laked flaked 1/2 c cubed mozzarella cheese 2 tb pitted sliced black olives 1/3 c italian salad dressing
Prepare couscosu according to package directions. Chill. Toss cous cous with remaining ingredients. Serve alone or in hollowed tomato. Serves 4-6.
