Title: Chestnut Chocolate Dessert (Mf)

15 1/2 | oz | Chestnuts; canned |
1/2 | c | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
1/2 | c | Confectioner's sugar |
2 | tb | Dark rum; (up to 3) |
1/4 | c | Unwhipped heavy cream |
3/4 | c | Heavy cream; whipped |
Drain chestnuts and rinse under cold water; dry. Place them with cocoa powder, sugar, rum and 1/4 cup unwhipped heavy cream in processor. Puree, scrape down sides and process until chestnuts are pureed. Whip cream, fold into puree and chill until dinner time.
Yield: 4 servings
