Title: Traditional Greek Salad

4 | Ripe medium tomatoes; cored and quartered | |

Cucumber; cut into 1/4-inch | ||
; slices | ||
1/2 | c | Kalamata olives |
6 | oz | Feta cheese; crumbled |
1/2 | Red onion; thinly sliced | |
1 | tb | Red wine vinegar |
3 | tb | Extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 | ts | Dried oregano; crumbled |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Decoratively arrange the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta cheese and red onion on a platter. In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
Yield: 2 to 3 servings
