Title: Old Pecan Street Pecan Pie

4 | Eggs; beaten | |
1 | c | Light corn syrup |
2/3 | c | Sugar |
3 | tb | Margarine; melted |
1 | tb | Vanilla extract |
1 1/2 | c | Pecans; coarsely chopped |
9 | Inch unbaked pastry shell |
Combine first five ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Makes one 9-inch pie.
