300 | g | Smoked fish roe; tainha |
2 | sl | White bread; crusts removed, (up to 3) |
1/2 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Oil |
Salt | ||
1 | Lime; juice of |
1. Soak bread in water. 2. Squeeze water out. 3. Remove skin from roe 4. Process bread and roe. 5. Start adding alternately oil and lime juice while processing to a paste. 6. Check salt 7. Serve topped with olive oil, black olives, chopped onion and chopped parsley
