Title: Asian Foil-Wrapped Chicken

1/2 | lb | Chicken; * see note |
1/2 | ts | Chinese cooking wine |
1 1/2 | ts | Soy sauce |
1/2 | ts | Hoisin sauce |
1/2 | ts | Oyster sauce |
1/2 | ts | Plum sauce |
1/2 | ts | Ketchup |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Sesame oil |
1 | tb | Green onions; chopped |
This is an appetizer recipe-serves about 4 * Cut chicken meat into 24 thin slices. Have ready 8 6-inch sheets of aluminum foil. Mix chicken meat with all ingredients. Place 3 slices of chicken on each sheet of foil. Wrap to form sealed triangular packets. Heat oil in wok. Deep fry the foil-wrapped packets over high heat for about 5 minutes. Remove and drain.
