Title: Crab Stuffed Eggs

1 | Dozen hard-boiled eggs | |
1 | c | Crabmeat; flaked |
1 | c | Finely chopped celery |
2 | tb | Chopped green pepper |
1 | ts | Dry french dressing mix |
1/4 | c | Mayonnaise or 1/3 cup sour cream, can use light |
With a knife slice hard cooked egss in 1/2 lenghtwise. Remove yolks and chol. Add flaked crabmeat, celery and green pepper. Combine dressing mix with mayonnaise or sour cream. Add to egg yolks. Mix well. pile into egg whites. Chill.
