1 | qt | Half and half |
3/4 | c | Margarine |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
48 | oz | Shredded hash browns; thawed |
3/4 | c | Parmesan cheese |
Heat 1/2 and !/2, margarine, and salt until margarine melts. Spread hash browns in 9x13 pan. Pour heated mixture over potatos. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake @ 325-350 for 1 hour uncovered.
