2 | ts | Dried parsley flakes |
1 | ts | Dried thyme |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
2 1/2 | lb | Ground beef |
10 | Hamburger buns; split | |
Lettuce leaves; optional | ||
Sliced tomato; optional | ||

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; ad beef and mix gently. Shape into 10 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4-5 minutes on each side until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion if desired.
