1/4 | c | Olive oil |
2 | qt | Water |
1 | | Clove garlic; minced |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 | c | Onion; chopped |
| | ; salt to taste |
6 | oz | Tomato paste |
1 | pk | Frozen peas & carrots |
| | Group 2 |
1/2 | ts | Italian seasoning |
1 | cn | Beans in tomato sauce |
1 | c | Celery; diced |
1 | c | Elbow macaroni |
12 | oz | V-8 juice |
1 | pk | Chopped frozen spinach |
1 | pk | Onion soup mix |
3 | | Envelopes unsalted beef bouillon |
Saute garlic in oil. Add all ingredients up to Group 2 and cook for one
hour. Add ingredients from Group 2 and cook another 15 to 20 minutes.
