Title: Easy Lemon Chess Pie

3 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | pn | Salt |
2 | ts | Flour |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
Grated rind of 1 lemon | ||
6 | tb | Butter; melted |
1 | Pie crust (9 inch); unbaked |
Beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter. Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375° until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
