Title: Peach Bread Pudding

4 | c | Day old bread cubes |
3 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
1/3 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Almond extract |
1 | cn | Peach pie filling |
Heat oven to 350. Spread bread cubes into greased 9" square pan. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and extract. Stir in 1 Cup of the pie filling. Pour over bread cubes, pressing custard down into bread cubes with back of a spoon. Bake 30-40 minutes. Use knife test. Heat remaining pie filling and serve over top.
Serving Ideas : Top with whipped cream or pour over about 2 T cream. You may
