Title: Jan's Stuffed Mushrooms

Yield: 12 Servings
Garlic clove; to taste; minced | ||
1 | md | Onion; dice fine |
4 | tb | Parmesan cheese; grated |
1/4 | lb | Provolone cheese; grated |
1/2 | lb | Sausage meat; bob evans |
1 | lb | Mushroom caps; whole, large |
Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
Drain sausage mixture.
Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired.
NOTES : We had these at Jan & Bob Albertson's Christmas '94 get-together - they're very good! This recipe was taught at gourmet cooking classes Jan took. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #5
